I used to sit in an office of a corporate business and wonder ‘Is this it?’ Running from meeting to meeting and in the end, nothing ever happened. So, I decided to take action and started my own online marketing agency!

I couldn’t help but notice that often it was a man who was in charge and made the decisions. Looking around I saw so many women in a similar position relying on men to get ahead - I thought ‘There is something wrong with this picture.’ So, I decided to take action!As a result of that action, five years ago I started “Create your Future” an online agency that enables business owners to become fully expressed, financially independent, and the owners of their destiny. Further, I support them to get the desired results with their overall online presence - from the idea to the design.

I’m passionate about seeing business owners succeed. After leaving the corporate world in 2002, I have created and run three successful businesses, employed staff and continue to manage multiple projects, family life and community interests.

In 2010 with a newborn baby, employing staff and running a business I found myself lacking enthusiasm and very unwell with Toxemia. I decided I wanted more and went on a journey of self discovery. Fast forward six years and I founded my own business called Soulpreneurs - think of an Entrepreneur but for your Soul where we take a feelings based approach to intentional living. We often don’t know what we are capable of or what we really want so I love being able to inspire people towards what’s important to them and help them find greater clarity - because clarity is POWER. I have a background in marketing and public relations and have studied under many prominent thought leaders including Tony Robbins, Marci Shimoff and Danielle La Porte. I’m excited to take your business journey to the next level!

I know about stepping out of the proverbial comfort zone in order to get a better result! Back in 2010, I moved to New Zealand ‘sight unseen’ with my husband and daughter in an attempt to regain some balance and sanity - and it worked.

One night in early 2009 after a manic day, my husband and I looked at each and basically said ‘Our life is totally running us - not the other way around. How did it get like this?!’ We knew the balance in our lives had gotten skewed, and we knew we had to do something about it ASAP. To make a long story short(er), just 10 months after that ‘OMG’ moment, we had sold or given away everything we owned, packed 3 suitcases and 3 large boxes (talk about learning the difference between ‘need’ and ‘want!) and purchased 3 one-way plane tickets to New Zealand without ever having visited there before. What started as a ‘let’s see if this works’ move turned into a new way of life in a new country, and we’ve never looked back! I own Gener8 Leadership Solutions - and have been a Certified Business and Leadership Coach and Trainer for over a decade now. I help develop leaders and I help teams learn how to communicate more effectively, using the DISC behavioural styles model as a foundation. I’ve been an Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team for the past 3 years. I often encourage my clients to step outside their comfort zones when it comes to activities that will help them take their businesses forward, and it’s so rewarding to watch them grow and develop!
